I've lost my eGift card; can you resend it to me?Updated 2 years ago

If you've bought a Calendar Club eGift card for yourself or as a present for someone else and you've lost or misplaced it here's what to do in order to try and get a replacement.

Step 1 Check your emails

If you haven't received your eGift card, please check your junk or spam folder in case it's been routed there.

Step 2 Contact us

Please get in touch with our Customer Care team, and they'll do their best to replace it for you.

Just one more thing before contacting us:

When contacting us make sure you have the order number you received when you ordered the eGift card or the email address registered to the account the eGift card was ordered from.

Remember to also include the value of the eGift card and the email address it was sent to.
