I need to cancel my order, is this possible?Updated 2 years ago

Orders placed with any other payment method except Afterpay and Klarna can be cancelled within 30 minutes of completing your order, unless your order is fulfilled before then. 

To cancel your order, simply follow the following steps:

  • Log into 'My Account'.
  • Go to 'My Orders' 
  • Click on the 'Cancel Order' button next to your order and select the reason of cancellation. If you've been successful, you'll receive an email, and the status will change to 'Cancelled'.

If the 'Cancel' button isn't available, it's too late for you to cancel your order.
